      本文研究了评价城市产业结构偏向高耗水产业程度的方法。建立了以产出比例为权重,求出一个城市平均产业位置值,作为城市产业结构偏水度的评价方法,并以扬州市为例进行了验证。结果表明,产业结构偏水度评价方法物理意义明确,计算简便,结果清晰。将该方法应用于考察扬州“九五”期间产业结构的变化,发现这一时期,扬州产业结构偏水度上升了17.6%,工业结构偏水度上升了22.0%。
英文摘要:
      The methodology for assessing the partiality of urban industrial structure to high water consumption is proposed. The industrial sectors of any city can be ranked according to its water consumption and the ratio of sector′s output value to city total output value is adopted as the weight to analyze the water consumption distribution characteristics of the city. The partiality of the distribution can be calculated and expressed by graphics explicitly. The situation of the Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, is analyzed as a case study. It is found that the partiality of this city tends to increase. It means that the development of industry in this city is partial to the sectors with high water consumption.
