      本文基于适应于小城镇分散型生活污水处理的自然处理技术,采用层次分析法(AHP)建立一个4层11指标6方案的综合评价体系,从技术性能、经济效益和管理效益等角度对人工湿地、稳定塘、慢速渗滤系统、快速渗滤系统和地下渗滤系统、地表漫流系统等6种技术进行综合评价,以选取最优方案。同时采用专家打分法对6种技术进行评价,最终计算结果表明人工湿地的分值最高,是小城镇分散型生活污水处理技术方案的首选。

      A comprehensive evaluation system,including 4 layer,11 indexes and 6 schemes,for domestic wastewater treatment in small town adaptive to the decentralized condition of China is established by adopting the analytic hierarchy process. In the evaluation system the technology of constructed wetlands, stabilization ponds, slow rate land treatment system, rapid infiltration system,subsurface infiltration system and overland flow system are evaluated from the view points of technical performance,economic benefit and management benefit to determine the optimal scheme. At the same time, the method of expert's evaluation is also adopted to evaluate these technologies. The calculation result shows that the constructed wetland has the highest score expressing the preferred technology for decentralized domestic waste water treatment in China's small town.
