| 本文系统介绍了目前的水资源配置理论方法，分析了国内有关水资源合理配置研究的主要历程和研究进展，并介绍了国内外水资源配置相关的模型软件研究现状。根据当前水资源管理的需求，分析了在天然和人工侧支循环耦合的水资源系统模拟框架下研究水资源配置及相关问题的必要性，展望了本领域未来的主要发展方向。 |

| The current used theories and methods of water resources deployment in China and abroad are presented and the research finds and course of progress in this field are introduced. The present status of study on software for related models is summarized. The necessity of further study on water resources deployment and related problems in the frame of simulation system for coupling natural water cycling with artificial water cycling is demonstrated based on the requirement of modern water resources management. The development trend and related research topics in this field in the near future are suggested. |
