| 首先阐述水库大坝突发事件的含义与分类，对水库大坝结构失稳突发事件的突变特征进行了探讨；其次以安全监控模型的时效分量为警兆信息，基于突变理论，建立了时效分量的突变模型；最后，结合遗传寻优算法，提出水库大坝结构失稳突发事件预警阈值的确定方法。工程案例表明，该方法切实可行。 |

| The early-warning of unexpected accidents offers an effective technical support for emergency management of dam safety, which can reduce losses significantly. In this paper, the definition and classification of unexpected accidents of reservoir dam were studied. The characteristics of structural instability of dam were discussed. With aging component of safety monitoring model as warning signs, the paroxysmal models of aging component were established based on catastrophe theory. The calculation method of the early-warning threshold of structural instability unexpected accidents of reservoir dam was put forward by combination with genetic optimization algorithm. The project case shows that the method is feasible. |
