      以虚拟水为切入点,基于对区域虚拟水生产、消费与水资源之间的关系分析,建立了由经济压力指数和社会压力指数构成的区域水资源承载状态评价指标体系。以郑州市为实例进行研究,结果表明,在1998—2005年间,除2000年和2003年外,经济压力指数均小于1,对经济发展而言区域水资源处于超负荷利用状况;社会压力指数均大于1,对社会发展而言区域水资源处于供需平衡状况。结合水资源承载状态的判断标准及类型,郑州市水资源处于超载状况,超载原因主要是区域经济发展过热。水资源承载状态及趋势分析表明,郑州市水资源超载状态持续发展,从长远来看,区域水资源利用是不可持续的。针对郑州市水资源利用不可持续的特点,指出应通过产业结构升级和优化虚拟水生产结构,使郑州市区域水资源的压力状况逐渐改观。
英文摘要:
      Based on the analysis of the relationship among virtual water production,consumption and regional water resources,the water resource carrying state evaluation indexes were established including the economic pressure index and society pressure index. Through the case studies of Zhengzhou City,results showed that,the economic pressure index of Zhengzhou City was less than 1 except for the years of 2000 and 2003 in the period from 1998 to 2005,while the social pressure index was less than 1 during 1998-2005. Overall,the utilization of regional water resources of Zhengzhou City was in overload cond-ition at present. The trend of the pressure index at present and in future shows that the regional water resources overloading situation will cont-inue to decline,and the regional water resources utilization of Zhengzhou City will not be sustainable in a long term. According to the chara-cteristics of the unsustainable utilization of water resources caused by economic development overheating,the regional water pressure situation should be improved through the upgrade of industrial structure and the structure optimization of the virtual water production. The strategy of virtual water for Zhengzhou City was suggested.
