考虑多指标影响下的汛期分期研究,可以转化成多指标模糊识别问题。因影响汛期划分的多指标是非此即彼的清晰值,用清晰值去计算模糊概念汛期的相对隶属度,宜采用可变集方法。本文提出了基于可变集的汛期分期多指标识别方法,详细论述了该方法的基本思路,并以潘家口水库控制流域的汛期分期为例进行了实例研究。研究结果表明,本文方法应用的理论符合汛期分期的可变模糊清晰特性与可变集质量互变定理,且计算过程简单,汛期划分结果精细、可靠。 |

Flood seasonality is taken as a case study of multi-criteria fuzzy recognition method. Many criteria which influence flood seasonality are clear values, so it is better to adopt the variable sets to analyze
this problem. In this paper, we propose a multi-criteria recognition fuzzy method for flood seasonality based on variable sets and share the main idea. The case study shows that variable sets can describe the
flood seasonality attributes of fuzziness-clarity and quantity-quality exchanging and the results obtained by our method are reasonable. |
