      自2003年提出生态水工学理论框架以来，我国在生态水工学相关研究和实践方面取得重大进展，基本形成了较为完整的学科方向体系。本文从发展历程、理论体系、实践应用三个方面，系统总结二十多年来生态水工学的主要进展，反映其由初期阶段到日臻完善的发展脉络。

      Since the theoretical framework of Eco-Hydraulic Engineering was proposed in 2003, China has made significant progress in related research and practice, and has basically formed a relatively complete disciplinary direction system. This paper systematically summarizes the main progress of eco-hydraulic engineering over the past two decades from three aspects: development history, theoretical system, and practical application, reflecting its development process from the initial stage to the current state of continuous improvement.
