堆石坝施工涉及大规模坝料运输,传统燃油自卸汽车运输会排放大量二氧化碳,且车队密集运输引起的排队拥堵现象是影响施工进度的重要因素。然而现有堆石坝交通仿真模型无法根据机械特性量化排放影响,且缺乏考虑道路规模(弯度、坡度、宽度等)对交通拥堵的影响,难以为绿色施工管理提供有效的决策优化建议。针对上述问题,耦合CYCLONE排队模型与微观交通运动模型,建立考虑碳排放的坝料新能源与燃油车运输仿真模型,量化道路饱和度与机械排放量;进一步,基于上述仿真模型计算进度、成本、道路拥堵及排放量等指标,结合多利益相关方协同的多属性决策方法,提出综合考虑政府、施工、居民多利益相关方的运输方案决策方法,化解了方案选择过程中的各利益方观点冲突,为绿色发展目标下堆石坝施工方案优化提供决策指导。案例分析表明,相比于传统仿真模型,本研究提出的方法可获得排放特性与交通拥堵指标,仿真精度提高6.9%。通过多利益相关方协同的多属性决策方法得到各施工方案排序,为绿色施工管理提供有效的决策优化建议。 |

The construction of rockfill dams involves large-scale transportation of dam materials, and the traditional fuel dump truck transportation will emit a large amount of carbon dioxide, and the queuing and congestion caused by the dense fleet of vehicles is an important factor that affects the construction progress. However, the existing traffic simulation model for rockfill dams cannot quantify the emission impacts according to the mechanical characteristics, and it lacks the consideration of the impacts of road scale (curvature, slope, width, etc.) on traffic congestion, which makes it difficult to provide effective decision-making and optimization suggestions for green construction management. To address the above problems, the CYCLONE queuing model and the microscopic traffic movement model are coupled to establish a simulation model for green transportation of dam materials considering emission characteristics and traffic congestion, and to quantify road saturation and mechanical emissions; furthermore, based on the above simulation model, the indicators of schedule, cost, road congestion and emissions are calculated, and combined with the multi-attribute decision-making method of multistakeholder collaboration, the proposal is made to take the government into account comprehensively, construction, and residents, the decision-making method of transportation scheme is proposed, which resolves the conflict of the stakeholders" views in the scheme selection process, and provides decision-making guidance for the optimization of the construction scheme of the rockfill dam under the goal of green development. The case study shows that compared with the traditional simulation model, the method proposed in this study can obtain the emission characteristics and traffic congestion indexes, and the simulation accuracy is improved by 6.9%. The multi-attribute decision-making method with multi-stakeholder collaboration is used to obtain the ranking of each construction scheme, which provides effective decision-making optimization suggestions for green construction management. |
