| 混凝土的开裂问题,一直受到广大科研工作者和设计施工人员的关注。重大水利工程中,混凝土坝、输水隧洞混凝土衬砌等多处于高水压环境,混凝土或多或少存在着裂缝。然而,大部分开裂的混凝土结构仍能够安全运行,从而引申出是否可以允许混凝土结构出现裂缝,多大的裂缝不会引起破坏,以及用怎样一个合理的指标来对混凝土开裂程度进行描述评判的问题。本文提出一种方法,首先根据相关规范和实际工程,确定水工混凝土的防渗要求。然后通过试验建立混凝土单轴拉应变与渗透系数和裂纹宽度之间的关系。再采用数值模拟的方法获得混凝土单轴拉应变与等效塑性应变的关系。由此提出基于防渗功能的等效塑性应变和裂缝宽度阈值,作为水工混凝土结构的开裂判据。本文的研究为水工混凝土的开裂提供了一种新的准则,具有较好的实际应用价值。 |

| The cracking problem of concrete has always been a concern for a large number of scientific researchers, designers and constructors. In major hydraulic engineering projects, such as concrete dams and the linings of water conveyance tunnels, concrete is generally subject to high pressure and tends to crack. However, most cracked concrete structures can still operate safely. This raises questions such as whether cracks in concrete structures can be permitted, what size of crack will not cause damage, and which index can reasonably be used to describe and evaluate the extent of cracking in concrete. In this study, the anti-seepage requirement of hydraulic concrete is firstly determined based on relevant norms and actual projects. Consequently, the relationship between the uniaxial tensile strain of concrete and its permeability coefficient, as well as its crack width, is established through experimentation. Next, the relationship between uniaxial tensile strain and equivalent plastic strain in concrete is obtained using numerical simulation. The thresholds of the equivalent plastic strain and crack width, based on the anti-seepage function, are then proposed as the cracking criterion for hydraulic concrete structures. This study provides a new criterion for the cracking of hydraulic concrete and has significant practical application value. |
