大规模水库群的建设及运行,改变流域下垫面条件和河流形态,原有天然河系逐渐演变成多阻断复杂河网,致使流域产汇流特性发生明显变化,成为当前最大的水文环境变量之一。针对环境变化下河流新常态,提出 “河-库系统”概念,结合水文水力学变化特征,梳理分析了“河-库系统”对流域产汇流过程的作用机理;并以三峡水库和荆江河段为例,定量分析了“河-库系统”对水文过程的影响,为水库群精细化调度提供基础支撑,并为水文预报基础研究提供参考。 |

The construction and operation of large-scale reservoirs have significantly altered the subsurface conditions of the river basin. The natural river system has evolved into a complex river network with multiple barriers, and the runoff shows obvious variations compared with the natural situation, which leads to significant changes in the characteristics and patterns of basin yield and confluence. Regarding the changing characteristics of the river system, the concept of “River-Reservoir System” is proposed, and the mechanism of its effect on the basin yield and confluence process is demonstrated by combining with its hydrological-hydraulic characteristics. Taking the Three Gorges Reservoir and the Jingjiang River as examples, this study quantitatively analyzes the influence of the “River-Reservoir System” on the hydrological simulation process, aiming to provide theoretical foundations and technical support for guiding scientific and refined reservoirs (group) scheduling. |
