为科学评估不超过流域水生态承载力下的水利工程生态服务价值并推动其社会化应用,本文基于复合系统特性,结合体系结构完整性与功能多样性原则,构建了面向系统完整性的价值测算体系。该体系采用时空耦联方法对服务价值进行分类量化,结合土地利用变化分析揭示其空间格局与工程影响的关联性,并引入讨价还价动态均衡博弈模型量化生态补偿均衡解与价值实现路径。该系统化测算体系能够实现水利工程生态服务价值的全面、动态量化和空间分布特征的可视化,阐明工程影响下的时空分异规律,为生态补偿机制的设计提供定量依据。研究成果可为水利工程生态效益综合评估、流域水资源与生态环境协同管理提供科学支持。 |

To scientifically assess the ecological service value of water conservancy projects and promote their socialized application,this study constructed a system integrity-oriented value assessment system based on the characteristics of composite systems and by incorporating the principles of structural integrity and functional diversity.This system employs a spatio-temporal coupling method to classify and quantify service values,combines land use change analysis to reveal the correlation between its spatial patterns and engineering impacts,and introduces a bargaining dynamic equilibrium game model to quantify the equilibrium solution for ecological compensation and its value realization pathway.The systematic accounting system enables the comprehensive and dynamic quantification of the ESV of water conservancy projects and the visualization of their spatial distribution characteristics,elucidating spatiotemporal differentiation patterns under engineering impacts and providing a quantitative basis for the design of ecological compensation mechanisms.The research findings can provide scientific support for the comprehensive assessment of the ecological system benefits of water conservancy projects and the coordinated management of watershed water resources and the ecological environment. |
