      依托流域已建、在建水电基地,融合发展抽水蓄能电站,实施水电基地常蓄结合式再开发,是应对当前新型电力系统风光新能源严峻消纳形势的创新性途径。本文重点剖析了常蓄结合式水电基地的多元开发结构及其复杂水力联系,提出了基地的多样化调控模式;确定了抽蓄电站单独开发与集群开发下的“一库一抽蓄”“N库多抽蓄”多元开发结构,并从机组类型、电站类型、连接类型三方面解读了其结构特点;明晰了常蓄结合式水电基地的工程特色为抽蓄电站与常规水电站库容共享,调控特色为正反双向复杂水力联系,“N库多抽蓄”集群式开发的典型之处为多链路水力联系及水量的逆向累积效应;从日内抽发次数、抽发顺序、抽发强度三方面刻画了抽蓄电站的多样化调控模式,构建了以最大化调峰能力为目标的常蓄结合式水电基地协同调控模型,并结合黄河上游水电基地哇让抽蓄电站(“一库一抽蓄”式)、哇让抽蓄电站+拉尼混合式抽蓄电站(“N库多抽蓄”式)案例,发现水电基地常蓄结合式再开发降低常规水电站日发电量1%左右,但“N库多抽蓄”开发模式的多链路水力联系抬升了河道水库水位,使得常规水电站电量减幅远小于“一库一抽蓄”开发模式。

      Developing pumped storage hydropower plant(PSHP)based on existing hydropower plant to implement hydropower base redevelopment is of great significance for reducing the power curtailment of new energy. This paper primarily analyses the multi-structure of the redeveloped hydropower base and its underlying complex hydraulic connection,and proposes diversified regulation modes for the redeveloped hydropower base. Firstly,the article identifies the two modes of PSHP development:the individually-developed PSHP and cluster-based development PSHPs. The individually-developed PSHP relies on one on-stream reservoir. In contrast,the cluster-based development PSHPs relies on more on-stream reservoirs. Additionally,we clarify the structural characteristics of the PSHP from the view of unit type,PSHP type and the link type of PSHPs. Secondly,the paper discloses that the redeveloped hydropower base has the project feature of sharing storage capacity between PSHP and on-stream reservoir. Its operation feature focuses on the complex bidirectional hydraulic connection. The typical feature of cluster-based development PSHPs is the multi-link hydraulic connection and the reverse water accumulation effect. Thirdly,this study characterizes the diversified regulation modes of PSHP in terms of the timing,sequence and intensity of pumping and generating,and proposes synergetic cooperation model for the redeveloped hydropower base with maximum peak-shaving capability. Subsequently,taking the Warang and Lani PSHP as an example,results show that the redeveloped hydropower base reduces the power generation of the hydropower plant by 1%. It is worth noting that the cluster-based development of PSHPs raises the water level of the on-stream reservoir due to its multi-link hydraulic connection,and the reduction in power generation of conventional hydropower station is much less than that of the individually-developed PSHP mode.
