      水库旱限水位是水库启动抗旱响应和抗旱调度的重要指标之一。针对水库群联合调度下各水库旱限水位确定及运用问题,提出了以供给侧调控为主的旱限水位运用规则,并基于宽浅式破坏原则,构建了旱限水位优化计算模型。通过对滇中引水受水区大中型水库的实例应用,验证了优化算法对水库群抗旱调度的可行性和合理性。结果表明:本文所提方法可以同时确定多个水库的旱限水位;通过多组方案对比分析,采用优化后的旱限水位进行调度能够显著降低枯水年的缺水率和严重缺水月数,有效避免后续严重缺水事件发生频率,提高枯水年水库群抗旱调度能力。该成果可为水库管理单位和抗旱业务主管部门进行水库群旱限水位的联合确定,开展区域干旱预警和防御决策提供技术参考。
英文摘要:
      Drought-limited water level(DLWL)of reservoir is one of the important indexes to start drought response and drought-resistant operation of reservoir. On the problem of determining and applying DLWL of each reservoir under the joint operation of reservoir groups,the application rules of DLWL based on supply side regulation are put forward,and the principle of wide and shallow damage is used to construct the optimal calculation model of DLWL. The feasibility and rationality of the optimization algorithm for the drought-resistant operation of reservoir group were verified by the application of large and medium-sized reservoirs in the receiving area of the water transfer project in central Yunnan. The results show that the DLWL of the reservoirs can be determined simultaneously by the method proposed in this paper,through the comparative analysis of multiple schemes,the optimized DLWL can significantly reduce the water shortage rate and the number of months of severe water shortage in the dry year,effectively avoid the frequency of subsequent severe water shortage events,and improve the drought operation capability of the reservoir group in the dry year. The results can provide technical references for reservoir management units and drought operations authorities to formulate DLWL for reservoir group,and carry out regional drought warning and defense decision-making.
