今后的流域水资源管理工作宜针对不同月份适当调整流域节水用水方案。虽然本研究成果是基于较
               短的时间尺度获得的,但是其可为高寒干旱区流域乃至区域性降水水汽循环模拟提供基础资料,为
               揭示该地区降水水汽长时间尺度(季节、年际甚至年代际)的变化规律起到借鉴与启示作用。
