                  Abstract:Developingafullchaintechnologicalplatformforonlinehealthassessmentandrestorationofexpansive
                  soilslopesishelpfulinaddressingtheglobalissueofcontrollingexpansivesoils.Inthispaper ,amathematical
                  modelisconstructed ,andanonlineevaluationtechnologyofreal - timeacquisitiondata,andthethree - leveldata
                  fusiontechnologyofpixellevel ,featurelevel,anddecisionlevelaredeveloped.Itproposesadynamicevaluation
                  andearlywarningalgorithm forthehealthofexpansivesoilbankslopes,achievingreal - timeevaluationofthe
                  “health”,“subhealth”,and“hiddendangers”statusand“unhealthy”earlywarning.Italsodevelops“external
                  isolationandinternaldrainage ”repairandreinforcementmeasures,andafullchaintechnologyplatformhavebuilt
                  forthepreventionandcontrolofexpansivesoilbankslopes,from informationcollectionandintegrationtohealth
                  dynamicassessmentand warning , and then torepairand reinforcement, which hasimproved thelevelof
                  preventionandcontrolofexpansivesoilbankslopes.UsingtheSonggangWharfslopeattheheadoftheSouthto
                  NorthWaterDiversionCanalastheexperimentalcarrier ,theresultsshowthatthedatacollectedbytheplatformis
                  completeandwellintegrated.2203setsofonlineevaluationandwarningdataareconsistentwiththeactualsitua
                  tion,andthealgorithmisfeasible.Therepairandreinforcementmeasureshavesignificantlyreducedsoilmoisture
                  andseepagepressure,whichhaspromotionalvalue.
