                  Abstract:Thedeterminationofthepermeabilitytensoroffracturedrockmasseshasbeenthefocusofresearchin
                  thefieldofseepage.Inthispaper,basedonthegeneralizedDarcy’slaw,anewspatialone - dimensionalringunit
                  modelisproposedtocalculatethepermeabilitytensorofthree - dimensionalfracturedrockmasses ,whichsimplifies
                  thepreviouscomplexthree - dimensionalsurfaceflowmodel.Therationalityoftheone - dimensionalringunitmodel
                  isverifiedbyanalyticalandnumericalsimulationmethods,andtheaccuracyofthemodelischeckedbyusingthe
                  surfaceunitmodel.Theresultsshowthat :forthesamefracturedrockmasses,thepermeabilitytensorcalculated
                  bytheringunitmodeliswithinareasonableerrorrangecomparedwiththedataverifiedbythefieldpiezometric
                  test ,andisbasicallythesameasthatcalculatedbythesurfaceunitmodel;theringunitmodelisafeasible,ac
                  curateandpracticalsimplifiedmodel,whichissimplerthanthesurfaceflowmodelandcangreatlyreducetheop
                  erationscaleandoptimizethealgorithmwhencalculatingthepermeabilitytensor.Thisresearchcanprovidenewi
                  deasfordeterminingthepermeabilitytensoroffracturedrockmasses.

                  Abstract:Inordertoimprovethedisciplinelevelofriverdynamicsandprovidetheoreticalbasisforacademicre
                  searchandengineeringapplicationtoselecttheformulaofsedimentcarryingcapacityofwaterflow.Thispaper
                  systematicallyreviews the research progress ofclassicalsedimentcarrying capacity formulas in China,
                  meanwhile,explainsandanalyzestheprinciples,derivationprocess,technicaldetailsprocessing,datacalibra
                  tionandotherlinksofeachformula ,whichpointsoutthehighlightsandshortcomingsofeachformulaandcorrects
                  thedefinitionofsedimentcarryingcapacityofflow.BasedonthetestofthemeasureddataoftheYellowRiverand
                  theYangtzeRiver ,theapplicabilityoftheformulaisevaluatedbythegraphicalverificationmethodandstatistical
                  indicators.Itisfoundthatalthoughthedatacalibrationlinkcanimprovetheoverallcalculationaccuracyofthe
                  formula,theformulawiththeoreticalerrorscannotreflecttheautomaticriverbedadjustmentfunctionoftheactual
                  river.FurthertheoreticalanalysisshowsthatthereasonwhyZhangHongwu’ssedimentcarryingcapacityformula
                  isinthebestagreementwiththemeasureddataisthatthesedimenttransportefficiencycoefficientandtheflowre
                  sistancecoefficientarereasonablytreatedasacomprehensivecoefficient ,whichavoidsthetheoreticalerrorthat
                  theflowsedimentcarryingcapacityisproportionaltotheflowresistanceinmanyformulas ,andexpressesthein

                  fluenceofdifferentsedimentconcentrationsontheflowsedimentcarryingcapacitythroughtheterm c(a + bS v ) ,
                  whichcanensurethattheformulahashighcalculationaccuracyunderlargewaterandsedimentconditions.
