                  Abstract:Inordertostudythesmallfluctuationstabilityofthewatertransmissionandpowergenerationsystemof
                  pumpedstoragepowerstationwithupstreamanddownstreamdoublesurgechambers,thestatematrixequationde
                  scribingthesystemstabilitywasestablishedbasedonthestatespacemethod.Thecorrespondingrelationshipbe
                  tweentheeigenvaluesandthestatevariableswasobtainedbythecorrelationfactoranalysismethod,andthesmall
                  fluctuationoscillationstabilityofthesystemwasanalyzedbythematrixeigenvalues.Theresultsshowthatthereare
                  fourpairsofconjugatecomplexrootsinthestatematrix,thatis,therearefouroscillationlinksinthesystem.The
                  realpartoftheconjugatecomplexrootsreflectstheattenuationtrendoftheoscillationlink ,andtheimaginarypart
                  reflectstheangularfrequencyoftheoscillationlink.Thewaterlevelfluctuationintheupperanddownstreamsurge
                  chamberscancauselow - frequencytail - waveoscillationoftheunitspeed.Increasingtheareaoftwosurgecham
                  berscanreducetheangularfrequencyoftail - waveoscillationandincreasetheattenuationindexoftail - waveoscil
                  lation ,whichisbeneficialtothestabilityoflow - frequencyoscillationofthesystem.Thesystemoscillationstability
                  ofsmallfluctuationsiscloselyrelatedtothegovernorparameters ,andthecombinationofsmallgovernorparameters
                  leadstothephasedifferencebetweenthechangeofguidevaneopeningandthechangeofpressurepipelineflow
                  rate ,whichisconstantlyamplifiedintheadjustmentprocessandthesystemoscillationbecomesinstability.Thein
                  creaseofgovernorparameterscanincreasethemainwaveoscillationattenuationindexofthespeed ,reducethe
                  mainwaveoscillationangularfrequency,andimprovethesystemhigh - frequencyoscillationstability.
