                  Abstract:Thedeclineoflandproductivityandwaterpollutioncausedbytheprocessofrainfall,runoff,erosion
                  andnutrientoutputinorchardslopeisoneofthekeyproblemsrestrictingtheeconomicdevelopmentandecological
                  securityinhillyareasofredsoil.Toclarifythequantitativeeffectsofrainfallconditionsandsoilandwaterconser
                  vationmeasuresonthecharacteristicsofsedimentyieldandnitrogenandphosphorusloss,thisstudyanalyzedthe
                  quantitativeeffectsofprecipitationandrainfallintensityofdifferentsoilandwaterconservationmeasuresonsedi
                  mentcontentandrunoffcoefficient ,andthenanalyzedthequantitativerelationshipbetweensedimentyieldandni
                  trogenandphosphoruslossconcentrationbasedontheobservationdataoforchardsrunoffplotsfrom2020to2022in
                  De ’anCounty,JiangxiProvince.Theresultsshowthat:(1)underdifferentsoilandwaterconservationmeasures,
                  therearedifferencesinthevariationtrendsofsedimentcontentandrunoffcoefficientwithprecipitationandrainfall
                  intensity.Comparedwithclearingcultivationcontrol(CK),theaveragesedimentcontentofbeltplanting(S1),
                  wholeplanting(S2),horizontalterrace(S3)andhorizontalterracewithladderwallplanting(S4)decreasedby
                  17.8%,42.3%,22.6% and47.9%,respectively,andtheaveragerunoffcoefficientdecreasedby60%,71.8%,
                  26.4% and56.4%,respectively.Comparedwithengineeringmeasures,vegetationmeasurescouldcontrolrunoff
                  better ,whileengineeringmeasurescouldinterceptsedimentbetter.(2)UndertheconditionsofS1,S2,S3,S4
                  andCK,STN?TNwere48.2%,45.6%,44.2%,45.9and45.7%,andSTP?TPwere52.9%,50.0%,47.2%,
                  45.2% and47.4%,respectively,indicatingthatcomparedwiththecontrolconditionsofdifferentmeasures,the
                  losspatternsofnitrogenandphosphorusdidnotchangesignificantly.3 )ComparedwithCK,theaverageconcentra
                  tionchangesoftotalnitrogen (TN)inS1,S2,S3andS4were- 8.2%,- 13.4%,15.0% and- 12.1%,andthe
                  averageconcentrationchangesofsolubletotalnitrogen(STN)were- 3.2%,- 13.6%,11.4% and- 11.7%,re
                  spectively.Theaverageconcentrationoftotalphosphorus(TP)changedby- 10.5%,- 21.0%,39.5%,10.5%,
                  andtheaverageconcentrationofsolubletotalphosphorus(STP)changedby0,- 16.7%,38.9%,5.5%,respec
                  tively.Comparedwithengineeringmeasures,vegetationmeasuresplayedamorecriticalroleincontrollingnitrogen
                  andphosphoruslossconcentration.Thisstudyisofgreatsignificancefortherationalarrangementofsoilandwater
                  conservationmeasuresontheslopeoforchardsinhillyareasofredsoil.
