6 结论
为应对传统水利工程生态服务价值评估不足,构建并应用了基于生态系统结构完整性和功能多样
性的系统化测算体系。该体系融合时空耦联方法实现 ESV 动态量化,结合 LUCC 分析揭示水利工程生
态服务价值的时空异质性,并引入动态博弈模型量化生态补偿标准与价值实现路径。廊坊市案例验证
了其可行性与有效性,能评估工程综合生态效益及时空演变。该测算方法整合动态评估、空间分析与
机制设计,系统性与操作性良好,其特点在于为 ESV 量化向生态补偿机制设计的转化提供了系统化路
径。未来应深化博弈模型,加强水文-生态耦合模拟,并将体系推广至不同工程类型及更广流域尺度,
为水资源可持续管理和水生态产品价值实现提供科学支撑。
