Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheaccuracyofshaftingvibrationfaultdiagnosisofhydropowerunits,anewdiag
nosticmethodisproposed.Firstly,thevibrationsignaldecompositionwascarriedoutbasedontheCEEMDAN.
Secondly ,basedontheideaoftime - shiftedandmulti - scale,aTSMSEmodelisproposedtoovercomethepoorro
bustnessandlackofcoarsegranulationoftraditionalMSE.Finally,thefaultfeaturesetextractedbyTSMSEwas
inputintotheBiLSTMoptimizedbyIOOAforfaultfeatureclassification.WithaddingSNR = 5dBnoisetotheorigi
nalsignalandintroducingtwomultiscaleentropiestocomparewithTSMSE ,theanti - noiseperformanceandrobust
nessofTSMSEareanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatthestabilityandanti - noiseperformanceofTSMSEfeatureex
tractionareobviouslybetterthantheothertwoinagivendataset.Atthesametime ,theaccuracyoftheproposed
faultdiagnosismodelis100% and97.22% respectivelyinthecaseoforiginalsignalandnoisysignal ,whichveri
fiesthegoodperformanceoftheproposedmodelandprovidesanewscientificmethodforfaultdiagnosisofhydro
powerunits.

piers ,andhightoewallsinahighpanelrockfilldamproject,theshortcomingsanddeficienciesinthesafetymo
nitoringdesignofthesespecialstructuresaresummarizedbasedonthesafetymonitoringdesigndataofpanelrock
filldams.Bygatheringandorganizingnumericalanalysisresultsofhighconcretefacerockfilldamswithspecial
izedstructuresofhightoepiers ,hightoewalls,andextrudedsidewallsinChina,weunearthedthedeformation
andstress - strainlawsofspecializedstructures.Furthermore ,weidentifieddeformation,stress - strain,tempera
ture,joints,andseepageofspecializedstructuresasthekeypointsofsafetymonitoringdesign.Basedonthe
safetymonitoringdesigndataofexistingpanelrockfilldamprojects ,weformulatedasafetymonitoringdesignsys
temforthespecializedstructuresofhighpanelrockfilldams.Thissystemcanprovidescientificguidanceforthe
safetymonitoringdesignofspecializedstructuresofunder - constructionandplannedpanelrockfilldams ,thereby
significantlyenhancingthesafetymonitoringlevelofpanelrockfilldams.
