Abstract:Thestorageandwatersupplysequenceandtheschedulingdiagramaffecteachotherinthewatersupply
rulesofreservoirgroups.Howtorealizethejointoptimizationofthemisadifficultyofwatersupplyscheduling.It
isachallengetooptimizethetworulessimultaneouslyforwatersupplyscheduling.Inthisstudy ,abilayeroptimi
zationmethodofthewaterstoring - supplyingsequenceandtheoperationdiagramisproposed.Firstly ,severalsto
ring - supplyingsequenceswereformulatedreasonably,andthen,theoperationdiagramswereoptimizedcorre
spondingtothedifferentwaterstoring - supplyingsequences.Finally ,thebestwaterstoring - supplyingsequence
andoperationdiagram wereselectedviacomprehensivecomparisonofthesimulatedwatersupplybenefits.This
methodhasbeenappliedintheBaojixiaIrrigationArea(BIA).Theresultsshowthatifboththewatersupplying
andimpoundingfirstintheupstreamreservoirsorfirstinthedownstreamreservoirs,thewatershortagerateofthe
BIAwillbeincreasedandthespatialfairnessofwatersupplypronetoreduce.Theoptimalorderofwaterstorage -
supplyisthattheupstreamreservoirsstorewaterfirstandthedownstream reservoirssupplywaterfirst.Compared
withthecurrentlyuseddispatchingscheme ,theoptimalcombinationofwaterstoring - supplyingsequenceandthe
correspondingoperationdiagramcaneffectivelyalleviatethewatershortageintheBIAandreducethedifferenceof
watersupplybenefitsbetweendistricts.Overall ,theproposedmethodcanprovideafeasiblemeansforthejointop
timizationofwaterstoring - supplyingsequenceandoperationdiagramforreservoirgroup.
