                  Abstract:Concretecutoffwallisacommonimpermeablestructureofembankment.Itsleakagedissolutionprocess
                  isdifferentfromthegeneralcontactdissolution,whichhasasignificantinfluenceonthelong - term characteristics
                  andservicelifeofconcretecutoffwall.Theleakagedissolutioncouplingmodelofconcretecutoffwallwasproposed
                  basedonfluiddynamics ,convection - diffusionequationandchemicaldynamicstheories,consideringtheinfluence
                  ofporosity,aggregateandconvectionondiffusioncoefficient.Therationalityofthemodelwasverifiedbythere
                  sultsofconcretecorrosiontest.COMSOLMultiphysicssoftwarewasusedtoestablishtheseepagedissolutioncalcu
                  lationmodelofanembankment,andtheinfluenceofcalciumionleachingontheporosityandseepagecharacteris
                  ticsofconcretecutoffwallwasstudied.Then,theservicelifeofconcretecutoffwalloftheembankmentwaspro
                  posed.Theresultsshowthatthemodelcanreflectthechangesofporosityandseepagecharacteristicsduringthe
                  dissolutionprocessofthecutoffwall.Theproposedmodelcanalsobeusedtopredicttheattenuationprocessofthe
                  impermeabilityofthecutoffwall.Theannualaveragechangerateofcalciumionconcentrationinthecutoffwallwas

                  about0.03mol? (m·a).Theporosityoftheconcretecutoffwallwasabout0.33after100yearsofdissolution.Com
                  paredwiththeinitialtime ,thepermeabilitycoefficientofthecutoffwallincreasedbyabout35times,andtheunit
                  dischargeofthedambodyanddamfoundationincreasedby0.5times.Theservicelifeofconcretecutoffwallwas
                  44years.Theresearchresultscanprovidetheoreticalsupportforlong - termserviceperformanceevaluationofdam
                  engineering.
