Abstract:With the deepening of ecological civilization construction and the concept of human-water harmo⁃
ny,ecological dispatching has entered the stage of practical application from theoretical research,but there
are still many technical problems from engineering ecological dispatching to river-basin level ecological dis⁃
patching. This paper takes the Songhua River Basin,which is in urgent need of ecological dispatching,as
an example to apply the technology of river-basin level ecological regulation. On the basis of the demands
of economic development and ecological protection,the ecological dispatching model of the two-layer struc⁃
ture of the Songhua River basin is constructed. Based on the overall allocation of water volume at the ba⁃
sin level, the ecological optimal dispatching is carried out for key ecological sections and major reservoirs.
Through integrated anlysis of overall water regulation and ecological dispathcin on sections,the paper offers
the different scheme of water balance between supply and demand and the cross-sections’flow with ecologi⁃
cal operation,as well as the key optimization of reservoir operation rules. The application verifies the feasi⁃
bilities and effectiveness of the model, which can provides the refereences for river basin ecological opera⁃
tion practice and relevant research.
