Abstract:Watershedeco - compensationisapolicytooltorealizetheimprovementofwatershedenvironmentand
thebalanceddevelopmentofregionaleconomy ,whichisofgreatsignificancetoeliminatetheinfluenceofeconomic
differencebetweenupperandlowerregionsandrealizethefairnessofregionalsocialdevelopment.Inordertofind
theoptimalsolutionoftheecologicalcompensationstandardinthewatershedundermultivariateinformationdisturb
ance,itisurgenttocarryoutthedynamicequilibriumgameresearchbasedonmulti - dimensionalrelationshipcoor
dinationandmulti - objectiveoptimizationofeconomicbenefitdistribution.ToachievetheBayesian?Nashequilibri
umofwatershedeco - compensationstandard (WECS)bargaininginthegame,theexistenceconditionsoftheequi
librium solutionofeco - compensationstandardbasedonthemixedequilibrium gameimplementationprocesswas
studied.Tocarryoutthecompleteinformationdynamicgame ,theequilibriumsolutionofWECSbasedonthedy
namictransferpaymentwassolved ,andtherationalanalysisofdynamicBayesianEquilibriumGameofbargaining
basedonincentivecompatibilitymechanismwasalsodiscussed.Combinedwiththevariationlawofsocio - economic
waterintake - utilizationstandardsandtheusevalue,thecityofShouguang& QingzhoushouldpayLinqucounty
31.94millionYuanand8.59millionYuanasWECSperyear ,respectively.Theresearchmethodpresentedinthe
papercanbeusedtodealwiththeredundantinformationintheprocessofgamesoastofacilitatebargainingandob
taintheoptimalsolutionofdynamicgameprocess.Theresearchresultsprovidesupportforimprovingthemeasure
mentsystemofWECSrelatedwaterandhelptoenrichtheimplementationmechanismsofeco - compensation.

Abstract:Reservoirsareimportantforregulatingwaterandsedimentandoptimizingwaterresourceallocationin
theYellowRiverBasin (YRB).Initially,reservoirregulationintheYRBwasaimedatfloodcontrolandsedi
mentationreduction.Underthenewsituation ,theYRBfacesconstantlychangingconditionsforincomingwater
andsediment,constraintsfromthereservoirtotheriverboundary,regionalsocio - economicdevelopment,and
ecologicalenvironmentneeds.TheYRBurgentlyneedstohighlightthemulti - objectiveschedulingofreservoirs
fromasystemicperspective.Basedonthetheoryandmethodsofsystemsscience ,thisarticleusestechniques
suchasdataanalysis,datamining,correlationidentification,andregressionanalysistoscreenthecharacteriza
tionindicatorsoffloodandsedimenttransport,ecologicalenvironment,andsocio - economicsubsystemsinthe
YRBsystem.Itelucidatestheevolutionprocessofmulti - dimensionalconstraintfactorsindifferentsectionsofthe
YellowRiver ’supper,middle,andlowerreaches.Itrevealstheinteractionrelationshipbetweenthemaincon
straintfactorsintheregulationsystemoftheYellowRivermainstream.Amulti - objectivecollaborativeconstraint
factorthresholdfortheoperationofreservoirsinthemainstreamoftheYellowRiverhasbeenproposed,providing
supportforthemulti - objectivedynamicprocessofpoolsintheYRB.
